This lumBOAR Jack means serious business, chopping french oak barrels up to use the barrel chips in BFH!
We throw the barrel chips into the fermenter of our flagship pale ale, Hop Hog. The final product is an ale with massive citrus and pine flavour, rounded out with silky vanilla notes and a softened mouthfeel. Balancing the bitterness of Hop Hog with these oaky, creamy flavours and aromatics, BFH is a truly unique brew!
